He holds a Bachelor of Science B.Sc (Hons.) degree  in International Relations. Hails from Umuanuka, Otolo Nnewi, Anambra State of Nigeria. He is an astute and accomplished businessman. He has been actively involved in top flight international business ranging from oil and gas, telecommunication, real estate and general merchandise for over two decades. To consolidate his knowledge, he has attended several local and international courses in business managemment.He is a man of humble beginning, good character, God- fearing, great philantropist and entrepreneur par excellence.

JOSEPH ORJI
GROUP GENERAL MANAGER, LOGISTICS
He heads the Logistics department and is responsible for the day to day operations and maintenance of the company’s fleet of vehicles. He worked with Capital Group, Congo s.p.r.l  as head of operations for over six years before relocating to Nigeria to join Capital Oil & Gas Industries Limited.

CHIBUZOR OGBUOKIRI
ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER
Mr. Chibuzor Ogbuokiri joined Capital Oil & Gas Ind. Limited in April 2007 as an Assiatant General Manager. He is a B. Sc holder in Government and Public Administration from Abia State University, Uturu. In his twenty-five years of working life which started in 1982 with Chidi Ebere Transport Limited where he rose to the position of a Branch Manager within one year of employment and spent a total of six years with the Organization. Later he worked briefly at an Earth Moving and Agricultural Equipment outfit from where he joined The Ibeto Group in 1988. He was the Procurement Officer 1990-94, Asst. Manager 1994-98 and Rice Procurement Manager 1998 to 1999. He established the Ibeto Rice from conceptual design, naming and market development that made her the biggest indigenous Rice Importer. He was later seconded to Ibeto Petrochemical Industries Limited as the Company’s first Depot Manager where he supervised the construction of the Depot at the inception of the deregulation of the downstream sector of the Nigerian economy. He supervised the construction and management of the biggest private depot at Ibru Jetty, where he received many local and foreign vessels (tankers).

GEORGE ORANUBA
COMPANY SECRETARY/ LEGAL ADVISER
He is a Solicitor and Advocate of Supreme court of Nigeria. He holds an LLB (Hons) degree from the University of Benin (1992), BL from the Nigerian Law School (1993 ) and a Master’s degree in Law (LLM) from the University of Lagos (2004). He has been in practice for well over a decade as the managing partner of Jude & George, Solicitors & Advocates. He is a motivator and a great team player.

MR. UGOCHUKWU EHIGHIBE  
PERSONAL ASST. TO THE MD/ CEO
A vast experienced, resourceful person, he holds an Upper Credit HND in Secretarial Administration for the Federal Polytechnic, Oko. He is an astute administrator, proficient achiever, the embodiment of hard work and dedicated service. He has served several Chairmen and Chief Executives of international repute as Secretary and Personal Assistant spanning over twenty-five years notably among which are The Odogwu Group, Asaba Aluminum and The Ibeto Group.

MRS. JANET W. ADEMOLA –
SALES MANAGER
She holds MBA from LASU and a B. Ed degree from ABU. She is a member of Nigeria Institute of Management and has worked for Ascon Oil for 10 years in different positions before joining Capital Oil & Gas.

FOREIGN TRADE MANAGER
He holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Accountancy from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria. He is a versatile and well travelled businessman. He sees to the international business transactions, procurements and other protocols on behalf of the company.

AZUKA UBAH
DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
He holds a B.Sc (Hons) in Political Science from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka. He has worked with the NNPC and Capital Group Congo before joining Capital Oil & Gas in 2002.

ALGIS CININAS
SYSTEMS ENGINEER
He holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Chemistry with Control Engineering from the University of Kent at Canterbury, U.K. He is a professional member of the institute of Measurement and Control. His experience spans many different industries. He did research in Human Factors Engineering at a U.K. government laboratory and later as worked as an Industrial Control Designer for an agrochemical company. He also worked in Process |Control Project Management for an automation company and then as General Manager for F.M.A. Systems Ltd., an oil depot automation compan

He holds a B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Port harcourt in 1998. Started work in 1999 as a depot Operations Engineer with Ibafon Oil Limited. He joined Capital Oil & Gas in 2007 as the first Depot Manager

J.L.S.KELLY
GENERAL CONTROL MANAGER
He  was born, raised and educated in South Africa. He commenced employment with an automotive component manufacturing facility in 1977 and started off in the technical field He worked his way up through the ranks. His tenure in the automotive environment has taken him to export management function where he in a short space of time  increased his sales budget from 5% to 25% of the sales budget.  He completed an internationally recognised Certificate in Export Administration. The upward surge continued where he took over the entire MRP (material requirements planning), Logistics and warehousing function. This function covers the production planning of a facility consisting of 340 employees, co-ordinating raw material supplies, managing a warehouse with more than 7000 different part numbers and co-ordinating the supply logistics for Original Equipment vehicle assembly plants such as Toyota, VW, Daimler Chrysler, Ford and Nissan.

PRINCE AMBROSE UKAEGBU
SAFETY MANAGER
A professional resource staff with twenty-two years of cognate experience in Oil & Gas Industry ranging from lube oil production, Maintenance and Project Management. His experience in Operations Integrity Management, Control Integrity Management and Product Quality Management with 4 Awards on operational excellence during his tenure in Mobil Oil is a great asset to Capital Oil & Gas. He was also in charge of the three Terminals at Oando Plc. Apart form Mechanical Engineering qualification; he holds a B. Sc degree in Physics from University of Lagos.
